Job Overview:

• The role involves a detailed assessment of pre-recorded voice calls and message transcripts, primarily linked to Google Ads, with a focus on ensuring adherence to strict Quality and Compliance standards. The key responsibility is to review audio interactions and related textual content while applying the established guidelines to determine whether the calls meet expected ethical and quality benchmarks.
• A critical aspect of this position is the detection and evaluation of potential risks, including fraudulent activities, scams, and violations related to the handling of sensitive consumer information. The evaluator must identify instances where advertisers may be attempting to collect or misuse personally identifiable information (PII) or where misleading communication is used to deceive customers.
• Professionals in this role are expected to listen attentively to recorded calls or review text interactions between customers and advertisers. By analyzing the communication flow, tone, and intent, they must accurately extract and verify customer and provider information, cross-referencing it with eligibility requirements or compliance checklists.
• An essential duty involves detecting red flags such as phishing attempts, scam patterns, or breaches of platform policies, particularly around how user data is handled. This requires a sharp eye for inconsistencies and the ability to recognize subtle indicators of non-compliance.
