As an Associate I within the Global Bank Loans team, you will serve as a vital contributor to the end-to-end management of bank loans under the traditional fund services umbrella. Job Overview:
- As a key member of the Global Bank Loans team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding activities tied to multiple high-value projects.
- Your responsibilities will span across the full onboarding cycle, which includes managing client communications, capturing setup instructions, configuring static data, and ultimately facilitating the smooth activation of accounts into live operations.
- This role places you in the driver’s seat to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless transition from onboarding to production environments.
- A strong understanding of the bank loan process is essential, as you will be expected to articulate the complete operating model to clients and fund managers. This will involve explaining core processes, answering queries, and aligning service expectations.
